3 stage interview process, first one a teams call then 2 in person interviews. Second interview stage was a presentation and a task is given with plenty of time to do. Third stage is a chat with senior management
After applying on the RB website, I received an email to take the Wingfinder test (RB personality test). I also had a screening interview over the phone with a talent manager. My only gripe is that the waiting period after this interview was over 2 months. The talent manager indicated that the position was just falling behind other priorities, but it was a long waiting period.
