first round is more like a IQ test, and after you pass it you have to do a video interview. the intention of the IQ test is not about whether you can finish all of them or not. but rather how much you can do and whether you did it correctly or not.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
