Entrevista
1. Apply online with personality test. Time consuming but lets them learn a little about you.
2. Emailed another test to take. A little more challenging timed test that lets them get to know your brain.
3. Email for an in person interview. Fairly Smooth.
4. In person interview. Very poorly conducted interview.

Didn't really ask anything challenging at all.
When I showed up on time the guy was interviewing another candidate still; very unprofessional.
Tell a little about yourself.
Your experience.
If you're willing to start work at 5am.
If you're willing to stay in a hotel for two days a week.
If you're capable driving the Red Bull truck.
