After applying through their careers website, 2 days later I received an email stating that I had been selected to proceed to the next step. The next step was a video interview, but not your normal interview where there is another party on the other end. They ask you to answer six questions without knowing them before hand while speaking into the microphone and webcam on your computer. All you see is a box with only you in it. They display the first question and give you 30 seconds to prepare your answer. Then you have 3 minutes to respond. I found this interview method extremely uncomfortable and irresponsible. They provide a video to prepare you for the process and tell you to "relax and be calm" but with a potential job on the line that is extremely difficult. I would like there to be another person on the other end to provide feedback or at least ask me to go deeper into detail. It has been 2 weeks and still no response. I am assuming that I didn't make it to the next round but I cannot be sure because there is no way to contact them for an update. For people that have been selected to the interview process, I suggest to make a list of potential questions an employer might ask you. Questions pertaining to not only the job and job description but about your past experience and personality.
