The interview process is pretty simple. You just need to read a script so the recruiter would know if you read fluently and well-paced. It's not hard at all to get a job here since the interview process is not like a regular interview. They don't ask many questions about your previous experience, you just have to demonstrate that you can speak and read English (not necessary a fluent or native level)
