I have reluctantly given this feedback, I have followed RB over 2 years and was inspired by the passion of the recruiter that initially contacted me and confirmed it was truly a great company to work for. I felt excited. What followed can only be described as very poor future employee and customer engagement experience. with 15 years HRBP exp in Top Brands I was shocked at how the resourcing team treat prospective employees and potential customers. I was encouraged to apply for 2 BP roles, when I did and my applications were rejected not only without explanation but I actually wrote an email to the recruiter who didn’t even bother to reply, the irony is RB contacted me for a Senior BP role! On the 3rd occasion I applied again as I still believe RB is an amazing global company and again not only was my application rejected without any explanation but I was again encouraged to apply for this role too! It’s a great shame the first contacts for any company and Brand should be positive lasting impressions, great people create great places to work, word of mouth goes a long way, now every time I shop and come across a RB brand I think about my poor experience, perhaps RB need to review their resources partners and the experience they wish to create, excellence surely starts with HR first!

Submitted application, had an initial telephone call and recruitment screening, following by a skills based discussion with the recruiter online. Kept me updated throughout. Positive experience and no complaints. Would recommend to others.
