First: CV, cover letter and online tests Then had to complete a video interview - they only gave 3 days for this and it was during my January exams. When I emailed them about this asking for an extension I never received a response which I thought was very unprofessional. I completed the interview after the deadline when my exams were finished since that was the only time possible and was unsure if this was why I got rejected since there was no feedback. Overall an easy and quick process but poor communication.
