Had a phone interview first. After the phone interview I was asked to send an email with all my references phone numbers. Yes they were all called. A few days later was called in for a face to face interview. I met with two people and it was very quick. The first person was the one who was my supervisor. She was very nice and didn't make me feel nervous at all. The second person was the manager and he asked almost the same questions so it all went by very quickly. They asked if I knew anything about the company. Fortunately for me I did some research on the company and told them what I knew. They were impressed that I knew so much. It pays to do research on a company before the interview.
