initial interview was with the director of recruiting. Then a phone interview with the VP of the Dr Community. Then a schedule in person interview with 4 different Execs. They all individually made me feel super comfortable through the entire process. Then another in person interview with the CEO, no one gets hired without meeting with Tom first...He is incredible.
