RealSelf's structure was recruiter screen, phone interview with hiring manager, in-person interview with different employees, and then a final in-person with CEO.
It was a very laid back and conversational interview process. I really enjoyed each aspect of it and getting to ask questions about the company to the CEO.
Also, it was nice to get a Starbucks gift card as a thank you for coming in for the interview.

Applied online, had a phone interview, then was invited for an in person interview. I was led on by the recruiter that everyone loved me and then I was shocked to learn that I didn't get the job. What a disappointment! Don't lead people on if you don't want them!

Entrevista
Two phone calls, on-site interview where I met with a few people and then a final interview with the CEO. Everyone made me feel super comfortable and it was more conversational and informative than a standard interview, which I appreciated. Very cool to receive a Starbucks card in my email after the interview.
Start with a preliminary review with the inhouse recruiter, then work your way through a loop of various mid-Sr. level associates. All friendly and eager to see if you're the right fit for the culture and role.
