The interview process was entirely online; however, it was lengthy. I met with a total of three people in one interview and two in the second. The interviewers were very nice.

Entrevista
I applied for the position in the end of January 2019. On January 21 I heard back from a recruiter and did the interview with her. She then submitted to exam and an assessment for me to take. I completed it that day. On February 2 the recruiter got back to me stating the team would like to continue the process. An interview was set up for the Compliance Direct and another individual. The phone interview was done on February 7. The Compliance Direct was not present but the interview still continued. At the end of the interview, I was informed I would hear back from the recruiter the next day. I did a follow up email with the recruiter on Febuary 11 and she informed me that she will get back to me.

Entrevista
Interview process was in depth - review a file, go through two rounds of increasing leadership interviews, then final interview. The interview can be chaotic for a phone interview, as there were 3-4 people other than the applicant on the call.
