recruiter picked my resume from monster.com and was brought in for a interview. standard interview process and was asked back a few days later. after the second interview i was offered a position and with a minimal amount of negotiation i was offered the position. the whole process took about a month
recruiter contact you first, talking about the process and ask you questions such as why this company, why you decide to leave. then the hiring manager's manger interview me first. not a very good experience overall. it made me feel that interviewer doesn't want to talk, and after the first interview, got not response even reaching out to the recruiter.

Recruiter failed to show up for consecutive initial interviews and only responded after being called out for failure to show. Company does not appear to have their hiring process running effective which posses serious questions about the organization as a whole.

Overall I enjoyed meeting the employees at this company and answering questions about my work experience and what I had to offer. They asked great questions and had a few calls with other team members.
