The CEO initially contacted me by phone. He asked about my experience and why I contacted the company for more information. It was clear he was looking for someone with experience and a solid real estate background. The history of the company and the real estate auction method was explained to me. He then emailed me some more information to review and indicated he would call back for a follow up call.

He asked what drew me to find out more about the company and the real estate auction sales model. He ask how much money I would be happy making in the real estate industry and whether I felt that amount was attainable.
