Interview with editor on teams and then one in person informal interview at their head office in Canary Wharf. Process was quick and I was updated at every stage. Transparency was key

Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Asked about experience in writing and digital. Didn’t get contract st first but offered freelance which progressed to a contract. Friendly team and good working environment.
