What a waste of time and confused recruiting team. I received call from one of HR for backend role. I completed telephonic round and they invited me for F2F round. Hiring team asked me why do I want to apply for Data Engineer role. I explained them I am here for backend role. They didn't know for which role I am here. After wasting so much time they started interview and at the end they said you should come tomorrow as well, so today's round is nullify. We will take fresh interview tomorrow for backend, in which they were not looking interested. Finally day 2 I have to wait long finally One interview happened, interviewer was not looking interested and they said they will get back. And finally they rejected without any reason and interview feedback.
Seriously worst interview experience in my life. Please improve your hiring process, so no one else will suffer the same thing
