The entire process was very straightforward and efficient. Razer is for gamers by gamers but I really appreciated that they don’t play games when it comes to the hiring process!
I had applied for the job on Razer’s career site and an internal recruiter contacted me to schedule a screening call. It was followed by a call with the hiring manager, and then I had a call with three key members of the team. I received an offer within a week of interviewing with the hiring manager.
Two things that sold me on Razer:
1) The recruiter was super professional and followed up every step of the way.
2) The interviews were conversational. I really liked that the interviewers focused on who I am as a person in addition to my experience rather than going through a checklist of behavioral questions.
