They conducted close to 5 rounds of interview , they also added one round where I had to go to a pub to have beer with one of the co-founders and some team members, they did background reference check as well which was fine as per the HR, and then they didn't make an offer... I feel lucky to have escaped such an unprofessional setup .... Thoroughly unprofessional, biased and opinionated and to a large degree driven by what the founders think/like.... Avoid at all cost....

A screening that didn't consist of finding out if this was the right fit for both sides but rather how small a salary they could pay. Arrogant and entitled.

Phone interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was in a noisy area/walking so that seemed odd that it couldn't have been organised otherwise (eg in a quiet area) and meant the conversation didn't flow as well as it could have.
