easy two simple question can i do the job, what am i looking to get paid and can i acoommodate their schedule. hiring manager was very nice would recommend to anyone that is looking for a new job in a warehouse

what is your availability? are you flexible for weekends?
Easy, came in to talk about job and schedule. Next we took an Oral drug screen and wen through an orientation that was about 45 mins. We started working at a client the following week.

very fast process, questions about previous jobs, timelines, references, health, and schedules, start dates, work schedule, fitness level, i do not wish to answer any more questions about the process. I've said enough already
