Interview process was standard. First round with director and second round with the team. There were 6-7 people on the group/panel interview. It felt a little much. But overall good group of people.

Good mix of technical and personal questions. The interviewers really took their getting to know me and my how my skill set would align with the position as well as personality wise with my team.

Recruiter screen was like any other normal but for the Screen with Hiring Manager, expection was to add 10 new candidates to the pool everyday which was close to impossible given they only require sponsorship independent candidates
