Guess i had about 3 rounds and met with all top management. The interview process was crisp and simple. The liked the main boss interview as he was assertive and asking to a point than beating around the bush but he left the company in months time (Guess he must have figured out the current management suck at executing things). I met with them and cleared rounds.

There are no standard scripts but they might just ask you about anything to find out your spontaneity, responses, thought process and understanding about the role and knowledge on your job.
3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
