You must first Complete job Application. Afterwards an Acct Mngr will contact you for an initial interview and a skilss assessment.Once you complete and pass this step you go to potential work site and interview with hiring manager..If they decide they want you they let Randstad know you then do a drug test and background check but in most casing Randstad remains your employer for a contracted period of time
