Very simple process. Skype call with a director and associate in the department I applied for. Simple questions and both were very friendly. Setting up the interview was extremely easy, as all i did was email the HR department stating that I wanted a placement at the department. Received an offer 2 days later.

Too casual, interviewers seemed uninterested and were late to the meeting. They later got back to me saying they had decided to hire a graduate rather than a placement student.
