Very Simple process with the interview. Had an interview in the middle of the week and came in the store. The questions were more about who you are and hows your availability. What skills can you bring as a sales associate. Big question was what you think is good customer service. Nothing overwhelming and standing the entire time on the floor.
Interview was pretty relaxed and straightforward. They asked about my customer service experience, how I handle sales, and working in fast-paced environments. Overall, it felt comfortable and gave a good sense of the role.

A few questions in-person that are very laid back. Asking what your work experience is and how you would handle customers coming into the store. Asking questions as well about how you will handle the other store needs in a team player like attitude.
