Had 2 rounds of interview with director of dept. and an employee. It was a straight forward interview without much anxiety. They are friendly to you and respect you as a peer. You will move forward if you are confident enough.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and pleasant. They asked about my background, previous work experience, and some of the projects I’ve worked on. The technical questions were fairly simple and didn’t require deep algorithmic knowledge. It felt more like a conversation than a grilling interview. The recruiter was very kind, responsive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company and its culture. I appreciated the casual tone and the opportunity to share my experiences.
