It consisted of 2 phone interviews and a written test of my SQL knowledge. The guy was very rude, asked repeated condescending questions, and attempted to talk me into accepting a much lower paying and different position than I had applied for after repeatedly criticizing my skills. He was absolutely horrible, I have no desire to have any association with this company after his behavior.
