I went into the store everyday and told the employees to recommend me. One day, I received a phone call to speak with the hiring coordinator. We spoke briefly and he told me he would call me back for information if I am hired or not, schedule information and orientation information. We go to the cooperate HQ in ATL, for the orientation. It's long but you get paid for it. They order pizza. They talk, laugh, joke and make the job seem great. They give you some work shirts and a nametag and you know your hired pretty much. I worked much harder jobs so this job was easy to me starting out. I enjoy being fast paced and working having a lot to do so it's fine with me. I never took breaks at other jobs I had so to me that wasn't a huge concern.

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.
