I was reached out by the techlead and had 1 phone call with him. They gave me information about the company and asked for a meeting. I had 1 informal online interview with a collegue. There was no position as a jr data engineer.

Interviewers did not care to present themselves. The first interview was the technical one. There were ill-posed questions and the interviewer seemed more interested in showing off what he knows than on discussing a solution thought process.
