I had the first round with the HR person. It was a fairly straightforward interview. However they implied they will get back within a week with the update for the next steps. There was no feedback. When I followed up again no response whatsoever. A reputable company should train their HR personnels to help with candidates have a positive experience, Irrespective if the job is offered or not.

It was memorable and interesting when I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. The stages from HR to Director to the superior I would be reporting to, were very clear and comfortable.
