It first started with submitting my resume through the website and I was called in for an interview. About 2 weeks after the interview I got an offer in the mail. The interview was pretty simple and laid back, I met with a few managers and employees (3 total) and had a short discussion about my work experience and what I could bring to the table, and then they had a few riddles they asked me to solve out loud to see how I approached a problem.

It took a few weeks because they require to complete the Hire Direct forms. After all the Personal and work information was completed they need to verify your identity and work information.
