I was contacted about a month and a half after I applied for a mini interview day with other applicants. I believe most if not all of us got an offer that day, as the hard part is getting through the application screening. I casually "interviewed" with one of the managers where we had a conversation for about an hour. There were very basic technical questions like what language I like. Then we were given a tour of the facility. You'll be assigned as many interviews as managers interested in you at the various locations. I then got an offer the following Monday.
