Group interview process verses individual. No one on one interview until you successfully complete a group /panel interview. No notification from HR on status. A letter is sent to you months later to inform you did not get the job.

Typical questions such as what are your strengths/weaknesses and why.
Describe a difficult situation /conflict w/an employee. How was it resolved?
Started with a phone interview then a second interview that was a panel of administrators. the second interview was a few hours long but the questions were straightforward. Didnt get the offer but had already moved on because they took over a month after first interview to send a rejection email.

Didn't feel too confident about the job. Was sort of talked out of the position. Interviewer didn't seem like she even liked the job. Took forever to hear from them.
