The interview process was very organized and efficient. The in-person interview lasted 90 minutes. I felt very prepared for the interview (panel-style), and the interviewers were friendly. The questions were easy to moderate. Have examples prepared from prior jobs that highlight your skills.
Be sure to have your own questions prepared.
The entire process from application to passing the background check was 6 weeks. Accounting for Raytheon non-business days, it was 8 work days to get the phone interview, 6 work days to the person interview, 5 work days to receive the offer, and 8 work days to pass the background check requirements.

Entrevista
Hiring team was made up of one. HR was not part of the interview, but they just handled the correspondence until the interview day. Interview was competency-based mixed with a few technical questions, overall it lasted 1 hour. There was no feedback heard from the hiring manager even though it was mentioned several times feedback would be given to the candidate regardless of the outcome.

Overall a very balanced process entailing experience and what attracted you to RTX. The process entailed mostly of a panel format. It comprised of a few phases , but was shorter than most I have experienced.

Entrevista
I had a panel interview that went over only behavioral questions. There was no discussion of technical skills or experience. The last time I interviewed with Raytheon, I remember getting to talk about my technical experience and potential fit for the role. I am hoping this is not their new style.
