The hiring process included 3 rounds, testing of skills - mathematical and logical skills, knowledge of games, regular personal interview and lastly psychological test - testing of both personality and skills.

3 steps interview First two parts were in person in RTSmunity office in Prague, I was greeted by office manager which offered me drink and took me into meeting room. Then CEO came to introduce himself and gave me informations about company, position I was applying for and then about interview process. After that I received tests which should prove my mathematical and logical skills and game knowledge. Last part was psychology and personality testing, which took approximately 5 hours, but was super helpful for me. Overall experience was professional and friendly.
