I had a very positive interview experience with RTI. Firstly, the communication, for me was phenomenal- that is an incredibly important aspect for me. I first spoke with a recruiter, after which I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I met with 7 different members of the team, all individually in 30minute segments. All were professional, prepared and I could clearly tell everyone was passionate about their work and making sure I would be a good fit for the company. The interview itself was fairly easy, mostly behavioral questions to get a sense of how I operate. It took about 4 days to receive a response and an offer. Overall the process was great.
