Applied online through their Careers portal. Got an email response about a week later to set up a phone screen. The phone screen wasn't anything difficult - recruiter basically asked why are you interested in the job and explained the background behind the company. Got an email a few days later to set up an in-person interview at their Waltham office. This interview was with two people: one in-person and one via video chat. There were two parts: go over your entire resume and then answer 5-8 behavioral questions. Was told there would be a second round of interviews and that I'd hear back within a few days. A little more than a week later, I got a call saying they decided to go with someone else with a bit more experience. Overall, very friendly and honest throughout the entire process. Seems like a good company.
