Interviewer called on-time after scheduling a phone interview. Went over resume, talked about job requirement, potential projects, work environment and company introduction. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Said will get feedback within a week but never heard back. Emailed two weeks later and got back after one more week saying they've moved on with another candidate.

This was an on-campus internship recruitment. There were 3 rounds- CV shortlisting, Personal Interview, and group discussion. There was also a small pre-talk where we were familiarized with the company. The personal interview was based on the CV. You must know all the details of everything you have written in your CV. Also, you must be confident in your answers. The group discussion had 3 topics.
