I haven't been given the outcome yet but I've got up to the video interview stage (which I have most likely failed) but I'd like to give the next person more of a chance to succeed. I found many of these questions written down on Glassdoor helpful but these were the ones I received. Keep in mind that this is an application to the school leaver program so they might be significantly different to the Graduate program. Good luck!

1) What are you most recently proud of? 2) How do you manage priorities and time effectively? 3) Why have you chosen Accounting and Business Advisory and how does it align with your goals? 4) Would you describe myself as someone who loves being given responsibility? 5) For the last question I was given a source talking about AI and DI which is a more business focused AI and (along these lines) they ask how it would help a business like RSM and what your views are on it?
