I applied online and heard back about 3 weeks later for an in-person interview that eventually got rescheduled to a virtual video interview due to Coronavirus. I joined a WebEx call with a manager in the Tech Risk Consulting department and he was super chill and just asked me to talk about myself and then asked if I was interested in tax and financial statements along with technology because that's what they mostly do.
Super easy, just asked if I had any questions for an hour. Would just prepare to ask questions and the occasional behavioral. Everyone was super nice and overall a pleasant process.

Round 1 interview had two 30 minute behavioral interviews but I had a 15 minute session with a current associate who did not interview me but told me more about the actual role and his experience. Interviews were very conversational, they did not seem to have many questions prepared but let me ask many questions,

The interview process was smooth and structured, starting with an aptitude and coding test, followed by technical and managerial rounds that assessed problem-solving, communication, and consulting readiness. Mainly focused on communication skills
