Three rounds of interviews. Great experience overall. Started with a phone screening to an interview with a manager. The questions were all pretty straight forward and the mangers were welcoming and not trying to trick you.
Had 1:1 scheduled with this company. I joined the session ahead of the appointed time as instructed, but nobody showed up for the interview. There was no outreach about canceling or rescheduling ahead of time, and there's been no follow up or response to inquiry about it after.

Entrevista
The recruitment process consisted of several stages, including an initial application screening, followed by group discussions and group presentations to assess teamwork and communication skills. There were also written tests in both Chinese and English to evaluate language proficiency. Finally, candidates attended a one-on-one interview with a senior manager or principal, which served as the final assessment before an offer decision.
The interview process was very long and the communication from the team was not very good. If the interview process is like this I don’t want to know how the company runs things.
