I have a phone interview with the partner. The experience is more about the previous education and working experiences. What are some of the reason you want to relocate to this city? What are some of the struggle that you have been gone through? Why RSM? Why this position? Why should we hire you?
It was vague and there were some particular type of questions. The scenarios will be based upon the profile you are applying for in the company. Moreover, if you get one question wrong you will not get in.
Easy to schedule, informal interview, people were a bit unrehearsed and seemed out of flow, but overall, an enjoyable experience and the employees truly seem to love the company. It was only about 30 minutes
First we have to go to HR interview, then user interview with manager or senior manager discussing about overall experience, then partner interview and presentation about the study case given 2 days before
