Unorganised and and un professional approach. Had 2 rounds of interviews. The interviewer was very friendly, but the whole process was un managed and utterly non professional. They did not set any predefined time the first time and just started asking questions on the call (without even asking if I was available or otherwise). The second time was also the same. No HR or management guy was present during interviews. Interviews were almost an hour long where the interviewer ranted about their own knowledge rather then asking the relevant questions.
