Completely and utterly unprofessional. After traveling for an hour to get to this interview, I was told that something urgent came up, and I would have to reschedule said interview. I also received an email (at the time I got to Root studios) stating the same. After attempting to get back in touch and reschedule, I got no response. Honesty and general decency would have been greatly appreciated. Or even an email beforehand. This process gave me such a bad impression of a company I had previously been very enthusiastic about. If Root treats their customers the way they treat potential employees, I don't know how they're still running.
