An extensive but positive experience. I had an initial discussion with a recruiter about the role and my suitability, then a virtual face-to-face interview with the hiring manager with behavioral questions. Lastly, I was invited to complete a project and then presented it to the hiring manager and others in the team that I would be working with if successful. There were opportunities for me to ask questions in all stages of the interview process.
