I applied on Linkedin Easy Apply and was contacted by HR within a week. Since I had already met with the CEO, she set me up for a phone interview with the hiring manager. I think I still would have appreciated an introductory phone interview with HR. I didn't hear back for more than two weeks, and only found out they moved on with a different candidate when I followed up again.

It was a drawn out interview process from the initial HR phone screen, to the team interviews and concluding with the leadership interviews. Overall, the team seemed like a nice group of people with one person seeming rather overwhelmed and not too happy with her new role on the team. The final round of interviews with the leaders is where the process broke down. There was a lack of respect and aggressiveness I had never experienced in all my interviews throughout my career. As they say, the interview process is two-sided and glad this side appeared during the interview process. The office is also in a shared office basement which is not well represented on the website imagery. That wasn't a huge deal but didn't line up with the image portrayed online.
