I was contacted by the HR via Linkedin. I was asked to come to an interview where all the benefits in the company were presented by her. It was explained to me everything about the company here in Cluj-Napoca and the position/project they are hiring for. In the same day I spoke with the manager of the team. There were not very many technical questions. Next day I was asked to come in again and talk with the client. The client asked me more technical questions. The day after, the HR calls me and tells me they want to offer me the job. They offered exactly the sum I asked for + a bonus. They wanted to accept the job as soon as possible and gave me a 2 day time frame to think. After 2 days I called back to ask more questions about the offer and I was eventually going to accept it. HR told me that the client wanted another candidate and after a few hours called back an retracted the offer.
