3 interviews - HR, Hiring manager, team. I was contacted twice to interview. My first time was in 12/2023 and HR didn't even call during the scheduled time. I received a call 30 mins later. Call was very laid back just asking about my experience. I received an email regarding setting up a time to meet with the hiring manager so I gave my availability and was just completely ghosted after that. I sent a follow up email a couple weeks later in hopes to remind them that I'm still waiting to set up a time and interested to move forward but didn't receive a response. I was contacted again last week (6/2024). Not surprising at all that HR once again did not call at the scheduled time. Call was quick and straight to the point. A week later I received the rejection email which was fine because I don't think this company is taking the interview process seriously
