Simple. Joe asked questions and i got hired because i was had a mechanical background but thats about it. Work and get paid. it was all so simple for me my guys
Phone interview. Asked about prior rail or industry knowledge. The interview was about one and a half hours long but we kept chatting and it was very easy because of my previous experience
