1 in office test followed by a series of in office interviews. The tester sat in front of me during the test and marked it in front of me which is quite demeaning, They told me that I am quite mediocre but they would be willing to bring me up to standard and offered me 10k less than what the initial recruiter agreed on. They don't really value experience or know how to treat candidates.
