The first step was a recorded virtual interview with standard "tell us about yourself" type questions. The second step was an interview with a manager over Microsoft Teams. Questions were heavily related to customer service skills and conflict management.

So far the interview process has been delightful. The recruiter was laid back and personable and they seem genuinely interested in me as a person and as a future employee.

Entrevista
I was not granted an interview, but the communication leading up to that point was very prompt, informative and encouraging. They even pointed me towards a few other roles that I would be suited for.
