Sat down and they asked how much did I want to make a year. They showed me how many sales I would need to make. They asked me about my sphere of influence and if I had a large database of people to work. They signed my paper work to get hired. Lots of expensive fees like desk fees, franchise fees etc.

Very formal and casual. Met with both managing broker and owner. First started off talking about myself and my experience, it later transitioned into them asking how I will contribute to the company success and goals. Afterwards we discussed salary, expectations and were impressed enough to offer me the position.
